Using Tahta.io means you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with these terms, you can't use our services.
1. Account Responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you see any unauthorized use.
2. Billing & Payments
Tahta.io subscription plans are processed via LemonSqueezy. Subscribing means you agree to LemonSqueezy's payment terms. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Free Plan: Basic features with limitations on room creation and tools.
- Premium Plans: Paid monthly or annually for advanced features (see pricing page).
- Cancellations: Cancel anytime from your dashboard profile settings.
3. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You own everything you create (drawings, text, images). Using Tahta.io gives us a limited license to store and render your content for your personal use and collaboration.
Platform Content: Our design, code, and brand are our intellectual property and can't be copied without permission.
4. Prohibited Use
Don't use Tahta.io for illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content. This includes malware distribution, harassment, copyright infringement, or bypassing security measures.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. Tahta.io isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the service or losing data on our servers.
